Prices and Payment
We do everything we can to ensure that the prices on our website are correct, and we try to keep our prices constant. Sometimes we need to change the cost of a product, either up or down. We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without further notice. However, if you have ordered but not yet paid for a product, we guarantee the price for one month from when the order was placed.
We are happy to provide a quotation, including estimated delivery times. Please contact us via e-mail or telephone. All quotes are valid for 28 days.
We currently accept payment using the following methods - Debit and Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa etc) and Bank Transfer.

When ordering via telephone, e-mail or post please enclose your full postal address and a contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can contact you in the event of any problems with your order.
Credit Cards - We accept Mastercard and Visa Credit and Debit cards. Please note that if you are paying via credit card at the shop or at a show, there is a minimum order value of £10.00 (not applicable when ordering on-line). Please do NOT send cash through the post.

Shipping rates and details are as follows:
- For orders placed using the on-line shopping cart, the postal and shipping costs are calculated automatically depending on the weight of the models and the shipping method selected by the customer.
- For all other circumstances please contact us for shipping costs.
- All
orders
for outside the UK are sent airmail. Surface mail is not available for
orders from outside the UK.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR EU CUSTOMERS ***
The EU now considers your order to be an import from the UK into the EU.
VAT will be charged when importing your order into the EU and Administrative or Handling charges may also be
applied before delivery is made. Failure to pay any extra charges will result in the package being returned to us.
Please note that orders which cannot be completed immediately (due to items being out of stock) will be held until they
are complete before being despatched.

While we endeavour to ship orders as quickly as possible we have no control over the various post offices etc.
- TimeCast Models: We keep a limited number of models in stock and most models are cast to order. For unpainted models please allow 30 days for delivery within the UK and EU. Deliveries outside the EU may take longer depending on the location.
- Flexible Latex Terrain: These are cast to order but, due to the nature of the material curing times may vary. Please allow 30 days for delivery within the UK. Deliveries to the EU and other areas may take longer depending on the location.
- Painted Models: Painted models are individually painted to order for each customer and will take longer for delivery. Although we endeavour to complete painted orders as quickly as possible, we recommend customers contact us for estimated delivery times. Most orders ship within 2-3 weeks but please allow 4-6 weeks for orders of painted models.
- Old Glory 15mm miniatures: Orders will be shipped when complete. Orders which include items which are out of stock will be held until the out of stock items are recieved from the manufacturer (usually within 2-4 weeks). Where there is likley to be a delay in delivery while the items are shipped from the USA we will do our best to keep customers informed as to the progress of their order.
- Imported Scenic Items: Items which are out of stock may take a while to arrive from the manufacturer or importer. Where there is likely to be a delay in delivery while the items are shipped from the manufacturer or importer we will do our best to keep customers informed as to the progress of their order.
Damaged Orders: We endeavour to ensure that all our products are carefully packaged so that they reach you in good condition - but accidents can happen while the models are in transit. If you have any problems with your order then please let us know right away so we can sort the problem out as quickly as possible. In most cases of damage in transit we will supply a replacement item as quickly as possible.
- Lost Orders: In the event that your order does not arrive please contact us as soon as possible and let us know. Every order will have our return address on the packaging, if it does not arrive with the customer it should eventually make its way back to us. Please note however that the UK Post Office will not accept claims for lost or damaged packages until 28 days after posting. This means that we are unable to claim for lost items until that point.
- Other problems - please contact us immediately so we can try and sort the problem out as soon as possible.
We comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 as shown below:
- Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
- If your order consists of multiple consignments, the 14 day period runs from when you get the last consignment.
- This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.
- In the event of a cancelled order TimeCast will refund the full amount the buyer paid including any postage charged.
- Please note that unless the order is cancelled due to damaged or faulty items the buyer is responsible for paying the cost of returning the items.
